Xavier comes with 25 years of Leadership building capability and now leading Klaire & Jones Leadership Search.

A Post Graduate in Human Resources Management with an additional qualification in Transactional Analysis (ITAA - USA) and Personality Profiling (Thomas Intl.). He has been in the Leadership Consulting space for more than 2 decades and independently managed several Leadership searches for various clients in Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Process, Infrastructure, Real Estate, FMCG, Telecom, etc.,

Excellent in communication; demonstrated capabilities in strategizing & working with business leadership; experienced in designing & implementing programs; building efficiency by creating tools & processes and proven engagement capabilities in managing stakeholder relationships at the leadership level is his forte.

The leadership Search engagements were both domestic and International and the geographical reach was across Asia & Africa.
